In a secluded village, a childless couple adopts an orphaned baby, but their joy turns to turmoil when a tiger enters, causing fear and chaos. Villagers blame the couple and child as forest officers impose restrictions, disrupting lives and halting a pilgrimage to Lord Ayyappan's temple.
