Mahavishnu (Samuthirakani), a military man-turned-ambulance driver, takes righteous pride in his life-saving profession and worships his ambulance fervently. However, when he crosses paths with Manthiri Narayanan (Namo Narayanan), the money-hungry son of a minister, Vishnu's life undergoes interesting turn of events.
