This building was originally used as a poor house in the late 1800's and became a mental institution in 1915, followed by an animal testing facility. TAPS will have their hands full as they take on claims of threatening shadows and people being physically accosted.

On this episode of Ghost Hunters, TAPS stays close to home by investigating the Westerly Library, in Westerly, Rhode Island. In 1892 Steven and Harriett Wilcox agreed to fund an in memoriam library in horror of Civil War soldiers. The library was completed in 1894, but unfortunately Mr. Wilcox did not live long enough to see it completed. The library has grown to over 50,000 square feet and has been designated as Rhode Island's first literary landmark.

TAPS visits the abandoned remains of the Buffalo Central Terminal, a former office tower and train station.
