For the 100th episode of Ghost Hunters, the team is allowed private access to Alcatraz Island, a dream come true for paranormal teams. From a two day prison revolt in 1946 known as the Battle of Alcatraz that occurred, people say they can still hear gun fire and crying. In Cell Block D, otherwise known as solitary confinement, there is a report of a run in with a spirit. Other activity reported is that of an apparition of a prisoner with glaring red eyes, and the sound of screams.
