For the first stunt contestants have to hang from a helicopter skid and drop into the water below as the helicopter flies over a buoy. Once in the water, they would have to retrieve a flag from underneath the buoy, swim with it to a platform.

Contestants must traverse a narrow beam, place their heads in a rat-filled box and cross between two moving trucks.

Contestants take part in death-defying, stomach-churning stunts. This time, it's a tag-team challenge atop moving cars and a Bates Motel themed escape.

Contestants are handcuffed inside a bag and dropped into water, dipped upside down into a tank of bugs, and time trialled on a transparent high ledge.

Couples Episode - Players will be submerged in chains, and retrieve cow hearts and dunk them back out as a team.
