Lunch Lab Live welcomes guest Annabel Oatmeal and Freezer Burn takes our tastebuds on a world tour!"

"Just as Professor Fizzy begins his show, an unexpected guest, riding a motorized sofa chair, bursts through the doors with a loud "Yee-hah!" This larger-than-life salesman is Bob Lazy, owner of Lazy Bob Meals, "Frozen foods that are good for ya!" After a quick scan with the Lunch Lab goggles, Professor Fizzy gives Bob some bad news: Lazy Bob Meals, like most frozen foods, have WAY too much salt and sodium. Lucky for him, Fizzy has a fresh and healthy alternative ready to be sold.

"Fast Food Freddy sneaks into the Lunch Lab and sabotages its plumbing system by stuffing the pipes with his greasy Freddy Burgers. The next morning, Professor Fizzy discovers the problem while making chili. The pipes are majorly clogged, so he decides to call a professional. Carla the Plumber arrives and is distracted by the amazing smell of Fizzy's chili. The Professor explains that chili is not only tasty, but also a great source of fiber - the body's natural plumber.

"It's a sweltering day and the Lunch Lab gang is feeling the heat. Fast Food Freddy tries to hock his solution to the heat wave: Frozen Cheese Chunks. The gang declines his offer, but it gives Professor Fizzy an idea for something really tasty: Frozen Yogurt with Berries! The gang whips up the refreshing snack and learns all about the bone-strengthening powers of Calcium. Sully takes us to meet the funniest bone in the body, Bobby the Humorous Bone.

"It's Fizzy's birthday and the Lunch Lab gang plans to surprise him by preparing his favorite meal: Super Summer Sauté! Henry and Avril search the Lunch Lab's garden for fresh homegrown ingredients while Mixie-Bot and Corporal Cup keep Fizzy from ruining the surprise. In true motherly form, Mama Fizzy surprises the professor with an embarrassing childhood picture. The whole Lunch Lab gang gets a good laugh - and an even better meal.

Home Gardening

"Fizzy takes Henry and Avril on a camping trip. After they return from fishing, Fizzy cooks up their catch and lets us know why fish is good for our bodies -- it's full of protein and good fat! Avril refuses to eat it but once her stomach growls like a wild bear, she's willing to give it a try. Can Fizzy's special recipe change her mind?

"Fizzy and the Lunch Labbers are painting a rainbow salad still-life when Leonardo De Freddy (Fast Food Freddy disguised as a Renaissance painter) crashes the party. He tries to convince the kids to paint his beige chicken nuggets covered in grease. Fizzy teaches us the benefits of eating foods that have a range of colors, much like a painter's palette. Fizzy interviews the Food Pyramid, only to learn that he's retiring.

Colorful Foods

"The Lunch Lab and Greasy World little league teams square off against each other in a high-stakes game of baseball (and culinary) bragging rights. When Greasy World ties it up in the 9th, Fizzy calls for a timeout to re-energize this sluggish squad with a snack. Freddy offers his team goopy Choco-Corn Clusters but Fizzy serves up some fresh trail mix to the Lunch Labbers, which is packed with energy-filled nuts and protein.
