01 My One in a Million

Shu Yu's best friend, Mi Mi, accidentally captures a pink pig tattoo on Ding Yi on video. To boost business, Shu Yu creates a matchmaking channel and disguises herself as Lunar online. She attracts the attention of Ding Yi, who invites her on the show, but on the day of the recording, Ding Yi finds out that Lunar is Shu Yu, and refuses to have her on the show.

Alex breaks off the engagement and Mable blames and resents Shu Yu, accusing her of being a liar. Shu Yu wants Ding Yi to help find Alex so that Alex can explain to Mable, but Ding Yi is unwilling to help her.

03 My One in a Million

Mable exposes Lunar's true identity and Shu Yu's show is cancelled. Business at the wedding services goes into a slump. Kent and Ding Yi suggest that Herman can confess to Shu Yu on the show, as Herman's popularity could help overshadow the negative comments, and prove that Shu Yu is not a cheat.

04 My One in a Million

Shu Yu wakes up to find that she has the ability to matchmake, and is puzzled when she sees a vague red thread of fate between Herman and Kate, a female contestant on the show. Herman does not follow the previous plan to confess to Shu Yu during the show, but promises that he will organise a surprise birthday party for Shu Yu. Shu Yu thinks that Herman will propose to her, but the unexpected happens.

05 My One in a Million

Herman chooses Kate, and Shu Yu dejectedly gives them her blessings. Shu Yu tells her family that she can now see the red thread of fate between people. Unable to see her Grand Aunt, Cui Feng and Shu Yu go to the Yue Lao temple and learn that Shu Yu's destiny is to give blessings to marriages. However, she would have to pay the price of living a lonely life.

The temple attendant tells Shu Yu that her relationships will end in failure. If she insists on breaking the curse, her loved ones will suffer leaving Shu Yu troubled over her own future.

Shu Yu travels overseas without telling anyone. Ding Yi accompanies his mother on a work trip, only to find out that she had plans to matchmake him instead. Ya Lan used the excuse of discussing business to ask Ding Yi to go on a stroll with Cindy, the girl whom she has in mind. Ding Yi finds a chance to leave, and is walking around by himself when he loses his footing and falls into a stream.

Shu Yu saves Ding Yi. She tells him that she is fated to be a matchmaker who will live a lonely life, and Ding Yi shares that he is unable to get close with any girl he likes as his body will emit an unpleasant smell. Both of them encourage each other. Shu Yu learns from Grand Aunt that if she were to find a jinxed man and help him with his love life, she will be able to change her own fate too. Shu Yu is elated to receive the news.

Kent is scalded by hot coffee, and Shu Yu worries that her crush on Kent she will cause him to suffer, so she keeps her distance. Kent does not understand why Shu Yu is being hot and cold to him.

10 My One in a Million

Shu Yu finds out that Ding Yi is the jinx she has been looking for, and they agree to work together to break their curse. Shu Yu rents a resort house, and helps Ding Yi on an odour elimination mission. She uses weird remedies that she learnt from Shu Jing to help Ding Yi with his problem. The whole process is interesting and funny, and it brings them both closer.

11 My One in a Million

Vice Chairman Mo fancies Shu Yu and wants her to be his company spokesperson, but he has ill intentions. Shu Yu pretends to agree, and goes to the hotel with him, but works with Ding Yi to trick the Vice Chairman to embarrass him. The angry Vice Chairman sends peopleto chase after Ding Yi and Shu Yu. They run and hide in a small alley, sticking close to each other. Shu Yu suddenly smells an odour of a dead rat.

12 My One in a Million

Vice Chairman Mo wants an apology from Ding Yi, but he refuses and reveals that the Vice Chairman is a player. This causes Ah Jie Zhen Qing as their spokesperson, and the Vice Chairman angrily rejects the show sponsorship. The Vice Chairman storms off, and Ding Yi is reprimanded by George. Shu Yu is concerned for Ding Yi, and Kent is upset when he sees how worried Shu Yu is.

13 My One in a Million

Ding Yi is accused of accepting bribes, and George suspends him from work temporarily to assist with the investigation. Vice Chairman Mo becomes Shu Yu's landlord, and he wants to double the rent to force her to leave. Xiao Mi finds out that the Vice Chairman and his superior CEO Charles Chong do not get along, and hopes that Charles Chong can help them. To his surprise, Charles is Shu Yu's ex-boyfriend!

Shu Yu brings Ding Yi to see her psychologist friend Zi Hao for treatment. Zi Hao decides to test if Ding Yi will also emit an unpleasant smell when he gets close to other girls. Shu Yu volunteered for the test. She pretends to kiss Ding Yi, and he emits an unpleasant smell. Shu Yu thinks that this proves that Ding Yi will emit an unpleasant smell with all girls, but he begins to suspect that he has fallen for her.

15 My One in a Million

Ding Yi suspects that he has fallen for Shu Yu, but doesn't know if he still has feelings for Xiang Ting. He goes to the dessert shop to test out his feelings, but does not have the courage to enter the store. When he is leaving, he sees Xiang Ting looking terrified as she passes money to a man. He thinks she is being threatened, so he interferes to protect her. He then finds out that the man is her father.

16 My One in a Million

Ding Yi and the production team are at the dessert shop filming for the show. Shu Yu slips and falls, but Ding Yi catches her in time. When they come into contact, Ding Yi emits the unpleasant smell. Just then, Xiang Ting walks into the shop. Shu Yu is not mindful as she thinks that it was because of Xiang Ting. Ding Yi starts being awkward, and Xiang Ting starts to suspect something.

Zheng Hong accepts a television interview, and he mentions that he and his girlfriend Carol had met each other when they got lost in a forest as children. Zhen Qing is emotional when she realises that Carol had impersonated her and took away Zheng Hong. She realises that she was the girl that Zheng Hong met when he was young, and decides to expose Carol's true colors.

18 My One in a Million

Kent introduces Shu Yu to Producer Geng, a variety show producer from China. Producer Geng is impressed with Shu Yu's abilities, and invites her and Kent to go China to produce a matchmaking web series. However, Shu Yu rejects the offer. Dejected, Kent and Violet plot a plan to persuade Shu Yu, which involves causing harm to Ding Yi.

19 My One in a Million

To help Shu Yu end her fate of a lonely life, Ding Yi decides to confess to Xiang Ting on the show, revealing that everything that he did was for Shu Yu, and suspects that he likes her. Violet wants to ruin Ding Yu's plan to confess, as she does not want Ken to go to China with Shu Yu, but Kent stops her. Kent appeases Violet by reminding her that he is only making use of Shu Yu. Xiang Ting is shocked when she overhears them.

20 My One in a Million

Shu Yu asks Zi Hao how she can help Ding Yi with his problem. Zi Hao reveals to her that the person Ding Yi likes is actually her. He advises Shu Yu to be honest with herself if she also likes Ding Yi. Shu Yu recalls the interactions she had with Ding Yi, and is convinced that Ding Yi holds a special place in her heart. She begins avoiding Kent.

21 My One in a Million

Ding Yi and Violet work together to expose Kent's true colors in front of Shu Yu. Kent denies the accusations and pushes the blame on Violet. Violet is disappointed in Kent, and storms off after slapping him. Ding Yi uses the chance to confess to Shu Yu, but she rejects him, worried that Ding Yi will suffer from bad luck.

22 My One in a Million

Zhen Qing and Zheng Hong are in the midst of a wedding photoshoot, when Carol appears to take revenge on Zhen Qing, upon Kent's instigation. However, she harms Shu Yu by accident, and Ding Yi is stabbed by Carol while trying to protect Shu Yu. Shu Yu is convinced that Ding Yi was injured because of her so she treats Ding Yi coldly, and intentionally says harsh words to push him away.

23 My One in a Million

Crystal, a matchmaker in a web-series, claims that she can give blessings and see the red thread of fate between couples. She helps Yi Chun to find her other half, Titus, but Shu Yu can see Yi Chun's red thread of fate is actually tied to Xiao Mi, and exposes Crystal as a fake. Unhappy with Shu Yu's treatment of Ding Yi, Yi Chun takes Crystal's side.

24 My One in a Million

Shu Yu tells Ding Yi that until she stops seeing the red thread of fate between couples, she cannot date. Her Grand Aunt says she lost her ability after matching 9999 couples, and that this number could be the key. Shu Yu laments that she does not know how long it will take to matchmake so many couples. Knowing this, will Ding Yi still be willing to wait for her?
