Fear Factor USAContestants will be strapped by their waist, ankles, and one wrist and locked to the face of a 20-foot diameter wheel that is set halfway into the water. Contestants drink various types of disgusting liquids at the Fear Factor Bar. Contestants must stand on a swaying platform that is approx. 3' by 3' hanging beneath a helicopter.
